WWM functions as an extension of a manufacturing business offering sales forecasting, product design as well as program and pricing assistance.

WWM offers extensive training opportunities to its customers, educating personnel in the use of equipment as well as effective selling techniques.

WWM supports all major trade, distributor, buy group, and conservation group shows.

WWM owns, and provides for manufacturers use, 6 pop-up Nomadic display booths.

WWM representatives are equipped with laptops, which aid in appointment scheduling, order writing, e-mail communication as well as PowerPoint presentations.

WWM has implemented a high-tech field order-entry system that allows the sales representative to generate orders in a fast, accurate manner. Future enhancements to this system will give salesmen the capability of downloading orders directly to manufacturers via an EDI system.
